No, unless it is a business expense. If you claim the fifth wheel as a second home, that doesn’t matter either. You can’t claim stuff like that on your first home so why would you be able to do it on the second?
not directly unless you are using it for business but it does qualify as a second home, assuming it has an installed bathroom so save the receipts and you may be able to use them later. unlikely but possible. you need to start using your fifth wheel to sell, i don’t know amway, maybe and put it in a business.
