In India u get a deduction from your total income if you pay for treatment of any specified diseases// considering the fact u r fat/ obese u may end up with coronary attacks..so u will..

Only if:
The obesity is to the point that it is considered a disability
OR
If your job is to eat (ala restaurant critic) you can write off your food costs as a business expense.

If you get so fat to the point that you cannot even stand from your bed,…
then you don’t just get a tax deduction, you may not even pay taxes at all…
