Credit debt left over from a divorce?

I am now divorced and two years ago my ex and myself signed a property settlement agreement. In that agreement she got the house completly although I should have been entitled to half the equity. She couldn’t come up with the cash to pay me off directly so the deal was made that instead of cash she would agree to pay off a credit card debt leftover from the marriage and allow me some tax deductions from our children for a couple of years. The settlement states this fact an was signed by the judge as well as both of us. She has failed to pay off this debt and I still get hounded by the creditors. Am I still liable even if I have a signed legal document saying she accepts all of the debt?

The proposed Fedaral Sales Tax would do away with the current tax codes. Under this plan an individual, company or organization would only pay taxes on what they spent. If you put money away into savings then it would be tax free until you spent. This plan is estimated to increase the amount of money collected by the US government because it doe away with deductions and tax shelters. Regaurdless of your income level you would contribute to the US tax base.

This is a new venture in to western canada. I am told it is big in the USA and eastern canada. It is multi-level marketing, looks kind of like a pyrmaid, but am told it is not. It is investing in a company and their advertising market. You do not sell the products, but promote them and in turn you then have a home based business and therefore tax deductions.
