what would happen if i filed as head of household on on my taxes even though i have no dependents.?

I am a divorce male that heard that you can file as head of household on your taxes if you itemize I pay for more than 50 percent of the expenses in my home (pay for all of them) is this something that would be considered illegal or is it a loophole of some sort and it would be accepted by the IRS
ok i got this straight form the w-4 form>>>:Generally, you may claim head of household filing status on your tax return only if you are unmaried and pay more than 50% of the costs of keeping up a home for yourself and your dependent(s) or qualifying individuals see line E below.

I am a nanny and find it difficult to find an employer who understands how to do withholdings. It would be easier to pay the taxes myself, do I need to form a business or can I file as self employed.

14 year old medical bill showed up on titile. filed with court 2000 for $1060. Attorney’s office filing wants $1900 to settle not 1060. Says they been adding interest and will continue to do so. Is this legal aren’t state taxes kept to pay unpaid medical bills.Did;t doctor claimed loss in taxes and insurance. Don’t know what original bill was, thought this bill was paid 14 years ago.

capitol One credit card limit $500. Closed and charged off, yet company continued to add late/unlimited charges.Balance is now $2700 on credit report.Last activity balance is $1728. Wasn’t they paid their $500 by insurance company/used their loss when filing taxes.How can they still be charging on account. Why does card holder have to still pay them to remove this negative and untruth monies. Is this legal, what and who can be contacted.Or do you have to pay them amount.

I need to start organizing my paperwork. It currently is stacked in piles and totes around my house. I’m not sure where to start. Most of my paperwork consists of bills, insurance, receipts, school paperwork [bills, apps,too], taxes, etc. So it would mostly be based on the needs of home.

What do i do to receive the statuary damages under the FCRA and the FDCPA ? What court(s) do I sue in?.?

EQUUIFAX, TRANS UNION & EXPERIAN HAS REPORTED AND ARE STILL REPORTING INACCURATE AND WRONG INFORMATION. CREDITORS ARE DOING THE SAME.

DISPUTING AND WRITING LETTERS DOES NOT WORK IN EVERY CASE.

THE STATE OF CA. FRANCHISE BOARD PLACED TAX LEINS,BUT REFUSED TO FILE RELEASE OF LEINS WHEN THE LIENS WERE LEGITIMATELY DISCHARGED IN A CH. 7 B.K.

WHAT CAN I DO TO OBTAIN DAMAGES AGAINST THE STATE AND EFFECT THE STATURARY DAMAGES UNDER THE FCRA AND THE FDCPA.
