It costs a little bit of money, but the only place I know of is a check cashing place. If you have a personal checking account, all you should need is a couple of paycheck stubs, a bank statement, and a piece of mail (they prefer a bill of some sort) that has your correct address on it. It cost a certain % every day usually pretty high, but it depends how much you need the money. They will keep your personal check til your next pay check, or you can pay it off sooner and save yourself money. Check it out.
