i miss placed my 940 tax statement from last year and i emailed the irs and they never got back to to me!!!?

I know that i HAVE TO FILE THE 940 BUT WHERE CAN I get another one or can I use the last check or the top part that I still have that was detachrd from the 940 statment?

    I’m not really sure what you’re asking for. Are you asking for a 940 for you to complete for this year? Are you asking where to send your 940?

    1 Never e-mail the IRS. Use formal Snail mail.
    2 IRS usually sends business 940 reporting forms and packets.
    3 Forms and intructions links below.
    4 Form is “Fill In” You can print it, pencil in draft then come back on line for fill in, print it, save it to your computer, sign , date and mail to the IRS completed form..
