What kind of IRS form is needed for filing tax for working student who is at the same time a dependent.?

It depends on what kind of income you have. If you only have wages on a W-2 then use a 1040EZ. If you have interest, dividends, capital gains, student loan interest, or basically anything besides W-2 wages, use a 1040.
