The senator is busy so I’ll help you you just go out of this country any where will do without your passport that means you’ll have to sneak in and just get a job in that country. After a while you’ll get caught by a foreign INS agent and sent back here where you can start the process over again. Good Luck Amigo!

You can only renounce your US citizenship at a US diplomatic mission abroad. Go to Tijuana, visit the Consulate and renounce your citizenship. http://travel.state.gov/law/citizenship/citizenship_777.html
Then sneak back into the USA and be an illegal.
Or do what Garry Davis did (Davis v. District Director, 481 F. Supp. 1178 (D.D.C. 1979)) (promoter of the concept of “world citizenship” formally renounced his nationality before an American consular officer in Paris). In due course he wanted his citizenship back, or at least the right to live in the USA, not as an illegal. http://www.garrydavis.org/
