Can a car company, garnish your wages? I always thought that in the state of NC, they dont garnish unless its for unpaid taxes? The car was returned 4 years ago……thanks

They shouldnt be able to. I talked to a lawyer not too long ago about credit stuff for a friend and she said that NC can only garnish for unpaid child support and unpaid taxes (city, county, state)
