   Greetings!

   You really need to go onto the irs site, and learn what an S Corp and a LLC are.
   I think it may not be prudent tax wise to have both. The LLC is good but the S Corp can be tricky.
   Turbo tax seems to be the least expensive and reliable software for what you are looking for.

   You can pick from a variety of software packages. Intuit has a TurboTax Professional product. There are other brands such as TaxExact and Abacus Tax. Web search, or go to the local Office Depot, or Staples.

   Alternatively, you could contract a tax preparer business to do it for you. It all depends on what your goals and/or limitations may be (i.e., financially, time, knowledge, etc.)
