Alternatively, you could contract a tax preparer business to do it for you. You really need to go onto the irs site, and learn what an S Corp and a LLC are.
I think it may not be prudent tax wise to have both. The LLC is good but the S Corp can be tricky.
Turbo tax seems to be the least expensive and reliable software for what you are looking for.
