I bought TVOnPCElite software. But its not working. How can I get my money back?

I saw advertisement on internet to watch satellite TV on the internet. I bought it from TVonPCElite.com for $67+tax. But it is not working at all. It was advertised on their website to return 100% money back. I already mailed them a lot of time to return my money, but no response. Is there any way with which I can get my money back?

    They seen YOU comin! You can get these channels for free anyway! They suck the big one tho! Grainy, funky, spastic, garbage!

    I did the same thing today and to no avail. I am stopping payment on my credit card account
