Yes, it’s not Turbo Tax only. It’s everyone. The IRS computers are being jammed with requests. Keep trying.
I’d make a paper copy and have it ready to mail if you don’t have it sent by this afternoon.

Just print it out and mail it in! The “convenience” of e-filing isn’t worth the hassle of continually trying to connect! Might take a little longer to get your refund; but definitely seems the easier way to go!
